about Korina Jones

Korina Jones, born in Darwin and raised in Australia child of two immigrant parents raised to love everything about Australia “the heat sunshine make life in the north so fabulous”. Went to school at Cairns High. Karina married Colin from Thursday island had two children HOLLY and KEHL. As a family they enjoy adventurous holidays, sweet ski trips to Japan, surf lifesaving weekends in Mackay camping.

In her third 20s she worked in childcare. In her early 30s she participated in her first triathlon. 

 

Currently she works as a Personal Trainer.  I like to help those who have put others first in their lives and are now ready to feel better in their own skin. “We understand the milestones of ageing and the challenges women face following childbirth through to menopause
